By accessing and using the Invision Digital Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Invision Digital Agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, Meta Ads, web development, social media marketing, and graphic design. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Late payments may result in service suspension. Ad spend budgets are paid directly to advertising platforms.
All deliverables created by Invision Digital Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Invision Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
